Originally from Helsinki, Finland, I moved to Scotland in 2017 for university. I have since made Scotland my home and taken up permanent residence there.

In 2022, I graduated with a Master's in Film Editing from Screen Academy Scotland and Edinburgh Napier University. I work mainly documentaries but I have also edited several short scripted dramas. My work is informed through passion for feminism, enviromentalism, training in psychology and dedication to raising untold perspectives.

I have worked on several feature documentaries as an edit assistant, prepping multiple years of footage for the director and editor to get a running start into their edit. My key skills as an assistant are detailed project organisation, strong technical skills and creative problem solving. I'm currently staffed as edit assistant at Hopscotch Films, where I've also taken up the duties of graphic design and digitising analogue media.

Besides editing, I have excellent skills in creating motion graphics and VFX, which I've used in in the creation of kinetic titles, web graphics, short animated films and even instagram stickers.
